What the records show
Executed SEC exhibits establish agreement dates, stated earlier effective dates, and interest schedules for Velasquez, the Velasquez–Galan pipeline, and Cocorna-related operations. They identify, but do not reproduce, the April 20 purchase-and-sale agreement. EV-0019–EV-0026
SEC filings establish a preliminary Saba–Omimex agreement in March 1998 and Sabacol's Chapter 11 filing in December 1998. The preliminary agreement is not evidence the business combination closed. EV-0028–EV-0031
The ANH–Ecopetrol Teca Cocorná convention signature page directly supports a March 6, 2015 signature date. EV-0043
The signed convention and ANH's later contract list independently reproduce the March 6, 2015 date. The records do not by themselves establish when all operations, rights, or obligations became effective. EV-0013; EV-0043
Multiple ONGC/OVL participant reports repeat April 1 and September 20, 2006 milestones. They come from the same issuer group and are corroborative repetition, not independent operative proof. EV-0002; EV-0003; EV-0008; EV-0009
What is corroborated
Repeated annual-report statements can show consistency in what a participant reported. They do not transform an annual report into an executed agreement, approval, title instrument, or closing certificate. The evidence table preserves this limit row by row.
