What the current record says

No reviewed primary company source says “Abacol” was Cibra’s former legal name. Cibra’s own materials say Cibrafértil was the company later branded Cibra. They separately identify Grupo Abocol—Abonos Colombianos—as a Colombian group whose parent, OFD Holding, acquired Cibrafértil in 2012. The 2013 Abocol sale to Yara excluded Cibrafértil.
